    I have been suffering from an eating disorder that has completely derailed my entire life. Now i am almost constantly nauseous from lack of food intake and when i do eat, theres a 70% chance i will (for my emets here) regurgitate it. Granted; this has made MY emetophobia reduce drastically because i know 9 times out of ten i will feel hetter and can quickly eat some food to pacify my stomach if i get the timing right. I had recovered from a near week long stomach bug that further ruined my recovery (seeing as I do not want an eating disorder! Its soo unfun) and my anxiety has spiked because of it, causing me to get (say it with me guys!) MORE NAUSEOUS! this video, laying on my left, and being very careful as i did mistake burping for something else laying on my left side, and just breathing has helped quite a bit. I felt my body turn from nausea to hunger and i can feel what food i did eat today passing through my system normally. Pepto bismol tablet and some good vibes really do make all the difference!

    I'm so tired of being nauseous. Everyday I wake up I am terrified to be nauseous or to throw up. I live in anti nausea bands. I don't know if losing weight is worth this. I feel like I've been nauseous since March 11th. Nobody seems to care either. It's shit shit shit. I just woke up and I'm nauseous OF COURSE.

    i have emetophobia so yall can see my problem lol. i’m here at least twice a week. one thing that helps me is taking my mind off of it! i want you to breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it for 4, exhale for 4 and hold again for 4 and repeat. that’s my favorite breathing exercise to do. now answer this questions! you can reply to this or answer in your head and think longer about them later if you’re still feeling ill! btw i tried to not make this too basic.

    I know this is going to sound crazy, but if you put lemon and salt in you belly button it helps a lot. Do it as many times as you need.

  25. Back, yet again. 3rd comment here. Except this time im struggling with nausea from stress. I havent eaten much today, and its 10:20 at night. Ive had maybe a handfull of goldfish crackers, and thats about it. Im not fully sure why im so stressed that this is happening, but it happens often. Its really not fun.

    But whatever happens, it passes. It always passes. Just remember that the next time youre sitting in bed with a bucket or trash can next to you, or even with your face in the toilet, this will pass. It always does, even if it takes a second. It will always pass. Just remember to take some deep breaths and a few sips of water to help, and munch on some crackers when you can, its always best to not be so hungry when youre not feeling good. Low blood sugar can make sickness feel even worse. If you need some more tips on nausea relief, feel free to go looking for my other comments i posted here 1-2 years ago 🙂 remember to breathe love. I was scared to throw up but my mom told me to not let it stay in because I won’t get better but I was sobbing of how mad of nausea it was but then I threw up. I felt relieved after. Even THIUGHT it felt not good while doing it and the smell sucked I felt great after. I went back to sleep.
